I watched this movie as a child and was haunted by it. A boy hears a pow-wow going on down on the beach one stormy night. He sees ghostly indian dancers having a sacrifical ceremony with his grandparents buried in the sand up to their necks. Now, everytime there is a storm, strangers who move to town are killed. Patrick Duffy and his wife Cindy Pickett move to the coastal town and stumble upon this murder and mystery. I laughed at how many times they used the same storm stock footage! It's great seeing Brian Keith as the rude sheriff of the town. Re-watching, it was quite cheesy and silly. There's some nice scenery, but an abrupt ending which doesn't explain much.
