Peter W @RT12077588 1 day ago From Mad Max and Stunt Rock to The Man from Hong Kong and many other Australian classics, legendary stunt performer Grant Page helped create some of the most iconic action sequences. This documentary takes a fascinating look behind the scenes of those incredible stunts while also spending time exploring the man behind the fearless reputation. There’s a strong sense that director Brian Trenchard-Smith genuinely admired and respected Grant Page, and giving him his own documentary feels like a fitting tribute. It’s packed with informative stories and industry insight that celebrate his remarkable career. If you’re already familiar with Page’s work, some of the footage and stories may feel a little repetitive. There’s also a section focusing on medieval re-enactments and combat that loses some of the documentary’s momentum and slightly drags the pacing. See more Read all reviews
