A broken engagement sends an uncertain twenty-something down the path of self-destruction in Ken Cohen's drama concerning the true price of love. When Dennis (Jordan Hodges) proposed to Melissa (Susan Rodman) with a $200 ring, he was certain that better times lie just ahead. Then, as fast as Melissa said "yes" to the big question, she has disappeared out of Dennis' life and gotten engaged to another guy. Three months later, Dennis is still searching for a better ring when he learns that Melissa has died. Craving closure, he schemes to dig up her corpse and compare rings in a morbid quest to discover how much love really costs. But on his way to the cemetery Dennis spots a pair of grave robbers (Jeremy Woods and Scott Sawa) and convinces them to do the dirty work for him. But even then, Dennis can't let go of the past.
