Audience Reviews for Document of the Dead

While this is certainly of interest to fans of George A. Romero and the horror genre, this documentary is actually quite a good explanation of the filmmaking process for any fan of film. If you want a good breakdown of how films are made, or if you are just a fan of Romero and zombie flicks, definitely worth a look.

Fairly good documentary for it's age. It mostly focuses on Dawn of the Dead but also talk some about Romero's other films like Martin and Blood Monkey. There's a lot of behind the scenes footage from the 70's mixed with new interviews from the 80's, making it a bit hard to tell difference in the interviews. There is plenty to be learned from this documentary though, making it complementary for Romero zombie fans.
