The chemistry between Eastwood and Lewis is dynamite - perfectly sibling-like - as they look out for one another and yet are equally susceptible to playing the fool.
Just weird enough to work as a fun time capsule in a half-baked sort of way.
An amusing redneck comedy from that brief period of time when Clint Eastwood was copying Burt Reynolds.
Every which way but good.
Goofy but amiable comedy with great country music.
Clint and an organgutan....
A career low for Eastwood. Oh wait, except for the sequel.
...probably the single most mediocre film Eastwood ever made, but the public loved it...
A comic classic. Clint Eastwood is terrific in his first comedy feature with a orangutan who proves to be more than a worthy sidekick. A hilarious and enormously entertaining adventure that`s just a pure blast. A tremendously fun and exciting action-packed comedy. You cant help but love this movie for its humor and heart. It`s nothing but a good time. A true gem that you don't want to miss.
Every Which Way is suprisingly good considering Eastwood wasn't made for this sort of movie. It boasts memorable lines and characters and although it has it's flaws ncluding its god-awful pacing. Every Which Way But Loose is uninspired but fun entertainment.
Clint Eastwood wins an orangutan in a fist fight and they quickly become best friends. A bizarrely charming movie ensues.
Just a really great movie. It's Clint Eastwood onscreen kicking ass for two hours. He uses his god given guns to defeat the bad guys and woo the ladies. This is a really fun experience that manages to be funny without being cheesy. I love Clyde and his talents (flipping people off, drinking beer and having sex at the zoo), he seemed like a true best friend to Clint Eastwood.
