Bishop Calvin Jacobs (Powell) is the kind of pastor who is relied on by the community and trusted by his loyal congregation. When Bishop Jacobs realizes during a board meeting that the church's funds have apparently been plundered, he rightly discerns that the church is in very real danger of having to closing its doors.
