Movie Info

Gerard Baptiste was a firefighter with the New York Fire Department who lost his life in line of duty on September 11, 2001. One of Baptiste's most prized possessions was his motorcycle, a 1979 Honda CB750 LTD, and a number of his colleagues from Ladder Nine of the FDNY decided to pay tribute to their friend by restoring the bike to its former glory. In time, a team of talented custom bike mechanics were brought in to help with the project, and the documentary Dream Bike shows how the old Honda was transformed into a motorcycle that would truly represent the courage of the man who once rode it.
