Movie Info

Reporter Anne Woodman (Mae Clarke) loses her job during a spat with her editor, Sam Bradshaw (Pat O'Brien), but their argument is interrupted by the breaking news of the police commissioner's murder. Anne vows to win her position back by tracking down the killer herself. The quick-witted Anne connects the murder to crime lord Sid Malvern (Bradley Page) ; then, risking her reputation and life, she begins running with the gangster, hoping to find the evidence she needs before he gets wise to her.
