Mar 27, 2011Foolproof has a lot going against it in that it's both Canadian and Ryan Reynolds has a lead role. Recipe for disaster, right? Not so much in this case. It has enough charm and enough interesting twists to make this worth a watch.Jeffrey M Super Reviewer

Oct 29, 2006This is a solid heist film. Stars Ryan Reynolds, Kristin Booth, Joris Jarsky and David Suchet. Three friends as a hobby try to make a foolproof plan to rob a bank. But when a local criminal learns of them he blackmails them to help pull off a heist. They must use their wits to get out of this crime before they are killed or sent to jail. The film has a solid story and the acting is also solid. Some laughs in this with also some fun scenes when it comes to robbing the vault. If you enjoy a good heist film then give this a watch.Corey n Super Reviewer

Sep 14, 2006I wasn't really expecting much from this movie. I don't even remember it going to theaters! But after watching it, i gotta say it's somewhat of a diamond in the rough. an unknown that had a nice bite to it! And BOY the twists in the movie were quite unexpected and surprisingly refreshing! If you're on the fence on whether to watch it or not, i would totally recommend watching it. Ryan isn't throwing his witty comments left, right, and centre, though. Granted, he DOES have his comedic moments in the movie, but not as many as you expect from him. I wouldn't consider this a buyer, but i DO recommend watching it to decide for yourself...Kevin T Super Reviewer
