NYPD detective David Secca, (Carl T. Evans), who's just been transferred to New Jersey stumbles across a strip of film in an antique jewelry box he purchased for his wife Jenifer, that might answer the question that's been on the minds of millions of Americans since that fateful day in Dallas back on November 22, 1963 as to who killed President John F. Kennedy? Despite being on the cover of the DVD, Chris Noth just has a small part as a college professor who remains skeptical of the detective's outrageous claims.
