A relaxing vacation with friends turns dangerous when Sakura must use her cards to battle a deadly nemesis in Cardcaptor Sakura's first feature-length adventure. The first movie was a bit confusing until you got midway through the movie. Still it was a good movie.

I really love Cardcaptors, but I like the original Japanese voices much better than the dubbed in English voices.

This was a dark turn in the Cardcaptor story. The televesion show was often light and oddly character driven but the movie has that take a back seat as Sakura is drawn into a dark journey that pits her against one of Reed's rivals. Beautifully rendered but sadly missing the spirit and fun from the running series.
