Randy T @RandyMT May 25 This extremely powerful, deliberating documentary explores the art, life and witness of an American Master. The film combines an exquisitely crafted narrative --much of which is taken from O'Keeffe's own writing and letters, beautifully given voice by Claire Danes-- breathtaking cinematography especially of the landscapes O'Keeffe painted, and thoughtful analyses of O'Keeffe's life/artistic life by leading O'Keeffe scholars. There are moments of poignance and grace throughout, and viewers can look forward to a profound aesthetic, if not spiritual, experience. See more Read all reviews
