The finishing School that finished them. Girls School Screamers is a masterwork. It is hard to describe the haunting beauty of this film. Brace yourself for a psychological roller-coaster in this classic slasher film.

The music and sound effects are top notch. The depth of the cast is extraordinary, with all of the players delivering excellent performances. There is a clear sense here that all involved in the production knew that this was something special, and gave it their all. See this film if you truly enjoy actors giving everything to their craft. Above all, Peter C. Cosimano as Paul is exceptional. He brings gripping emotion to a unique, fascinating character. A must see!

A thoroughly enjoyable bit of Troma fare, Girls School Screamers (we won't debate the grammar of the title) plays out like a mix of slasher and haunted films. While the film is as low-budget as you would expect from Troma, it still manages to be a thoroughly engaging film for fans of 80s horror seeking new films to watch. Gore, seances, and Catholic school girls are just a few of the draws for this B-level horror movie.

PĂ (C)nible et passant totalement Ă  cĂ´tĂ (C) de son sujet. Un des film les plus honteux du catalogue de la Troma! A cacher impĂ (C)rativement...

I didn't even watch this whole movie it was just way too predictable and stupid, and none of the characters were interesting. I do not recommend it.

Late entry in the Golden Age of horror films, (The 1980's)....Released 1986, filmed in 1984 (the copyright date listed). Re-released by Troma on DVD in 1998. Interesting plot, zero nudity, gory deaths. Nice to see a scary movie that is a lot less anti-church than say Silent Night, Deadly Night. The lead nun is compassionate, truly cares about her young charges, and survives the end of the film.

Predictable up the whazoo! Oh look, she's by herself...oh, now she's dead. It was still an average movie, however. Despite everything it was still very slow starting up - took about an hour to get to some kind of action.
