This is a strange little diversion of a flick. When things work, they work fairly well, but when they don't they bomb in such a laughable fashion that they still manage to entertain. Donald Pleasance especially is over-the-top and ridiculous as the main heavy that taking his scenes seriously is a moot endeavor. And, fortunatley, just as this train wreck begins to lose your attention, the half-naked Amazon women show up. Brilliant!
