It's the songs, displaying greater storytelling nous than the rest of this oddly shambling, plotless perennial, which give the bubblegum its snap.

Audience Reviews for Grease Sing-a-Long

Very fun movie, and one of the best musicals I've seen! Even though sometimes not much happens, the musical sequences are the heart of the movie and very memorable. Also, the cast was very enjoyable and everyone was on its best game plan. Each and everyone were at their bests, and John Travolta & Olivia Newton-John were great!

Saw it as a midnight movie at Uptown a few years ago. I don't know if the re-release is any different but the other sing-a-long was AWESOME!
