Great cast, Frankie Howard is fantastic,Richard Wattis is also great, and a much under rated actor, enjoyable afternoon movie romp by these classic screen stars

A classic example of a franchise killer.

Just ok outing for the girl's school this time. The dormitory they have just moved into is also the hiding place for a train robber's loot. The robbers need to get the cash, but how? The whole thing IS getting a little tiring by now. Heck, even Frankie Howard looks like he's had enough of this nonsense.

In this, the 4th movie about St Trinians, the rowdy schoolgirls take on train robbers. Still maintained the high standard of comedy that the other entries in the series delivered.

A nice British cast in another of those well known girls school movies, but the foiling of the caper becomes tedious after a while.

I only want to see it if they make a newer one with Gemma Arterton etc. in it

Such a good film I loved it

It started off pretty well, Dora Bryan is a treat. But once the girls reached the train and the treasure you could have fallen asleep and not missed anything. I hope the new St Trinians is better than this!

Extremely funny........but the Carry On were the REAL British Comedy Classics. But a fairly decent movie and is definitely worth watching.

Frankie Howerd's comic talents are pretty much wasted in this movie. The pace is slow and the laughs distantly spaced until all the setups are out of the way and the train chase begins. This is quite funny but could have been done better. I am not a big fan of under cranked filming to simulate high speed and this film relies very heavily on that device. It's really too bad because all the elements are in place for this to be a side splitter, which it isn't.

A reasonably-good laugh, marred by an overlong final act, and some decidedly-dodgy humour at the end. The shrieking schoolgirls, with their brilliant torn-straw hats and hockey sticks, steal the show as usual.
