Rick R @RT71560692 Jun 4 Based on the book Act of Mercy by Francis Clifford this film is emminently watchable if you have the time, emotional intelligence and patience to enjoy films of this era. The central characters are well written and beautifully played by David Niven and Leslie Caron and the moral contradictions in the narrative are thought provoking. Time well spent.
