Aging robber Jack McCallister (Seymour Cassel) pulls off a big heist and hides the loot before taking a bullet. As he lies dying, he's visited by his sons, George (Treat Williams) and Michael (Paul Schulze), who have been estranged from their father -- and one another -- for years. Just before Jack dies, he manages to whisper a clue to each brother regarding the whereabouts of his stolen money. They begrudgingly join forces to find the cash, but some of Jack's unsavory pals are on the hunt, too.
