The acting was mediocre, but convincing enough to overlook as the narrative was so compelling. While not the most original movie, it’s gripping and worth watching once. It's a played-out premise of friends turning on each other. There is nothing to salvage it. The water is pretty, but not explored AT ALL. There is NO horror, and VERY mild "gore". The ending is dumb.
