Head over Heels (2001)
Critic Consensus: Head Over Heels is being blasted by critics as a huge mess. The plot and jokes are idiotic, while the toilet humor is gratuitous and more gross than funny.

Critic Reviews for Head over Heels
The best jokes are on the models and the men who pursue them, and Shalom Harlow, Ivana Milicevic, Sarah O'Hare, and Tomiko Fraser -- the real models who play Potter's roommates --are very good sports.
Head Over Heels may bear some superficial resemblance to a movie, but don't be fooled -- it's really just a marketing strategy, a loose assemblage of components each pitched to a particular demographic.
[Teens] deserve decent movies, but instead they get glop like Head Over Heels. There ought to be a law.
Kerplunkingly unfunny and -- despite Potter's Julia Roberts-ish smile and ditz shtick -- charmless.
All that's lacking is anything remotely resembling wit or style.
Audience Reviews for Head over Heels
Monica Potter (Amanda) plays a woman with a quiet conservative life who has a horrible dating history and is looking for a room to move into. She ends up sharing an enormous flat with four supermodels but one night Amanda and her newly discovered supermodel roommates (who share one brain) spy on their young attractive neighbor Freddie Prinze Jr (Jim) and they think he may have killed a young woman. But that won't stop Amanda and so she begins to stalk him to find out the truth of the situation. Toss in a dog which loves to try to hump Amanda and a topless Freddie Prinze Jr and you have a light hearted romantic comedy that will make you laugh.
It's an average romantic comedy movie and also a farce and a screwball comedy. Monica Potter and Freddie Prinze Jr. had good on-screen chemistry. But, unfortunately for Freddie Prinze Jr., while he was good, it was the females, in this movie that stole the show. Monica Potter is wonderful, the models are goofy yet so likable. The plot is okay but takes a long time to develop. This movie has a great ending.
Monica Potter as a single girl and her four beautiful models as roomies are really hilarious by solving the mystery of the man of single girl's dreams who committing a cold-blooded crime after she was spying on him.
