This marriage comedy concerns a couple's constant bickering around their attempts to go on their honeymoon always being subverted by the husband's advertising business. All he needs is one big campaign and then they'll be able to go. The only thing is: the wife (Lucille Ball) always proves herself quicker than the husband (Franchot Tone), and so he takes offense, and thus they argue. Sound like a sitcom? You betcha. And it plays like one too, however a poorly written one. Meh.

Lucy's full of spunk and she's surrounded by great character actors but the husband that Tone plays is a sexist jerk.
