Movie Info

Seeking to bilk his latest pack of investors, a skilled con man sets himself up in a bogus rubber business then has plenty to answer for when there proves to be no company and no product. William Powell plays it to his suave hilt in a script derived from a stageplay.

Audience Reviews for High Pressure

I've been filling in my William Powell gaps by catching stuff like this off TCM, and this was a pretty watchable little outing with Powell as a fast talking huckster, but overall I never really connected with it beyond my enjoyment of his patter. Rental?
