"Small problems reflect big problems, right?"

The movie took a different light in tackling the other side of journalism. As citizen and advocacy journalism should always have eyes for the people and from the people and mass themselves. Despite the censorship, it was undoubtedly a struggle for the mass media to cover up their guilt.
Truly, the movie was honest and rich; like the biographies of the two reporters.
We need more people to care and participate, and more filmmakers to make movies with real issues and courage like High Tech, Low Life.

I saw this film in the IFC theater in NYC and I have to say it's my favorite kind of documentary. It allows moments to unfold and let's us get to know the characters, the people at the center of these issues. It's not the kind of documentary filled with interviews with experts, it's cinematic and character-driven. A beautiful film.
