Along with a behind-the-scenes documentary, a featurette, and interviews with actor Forrest J. Ackerman and others, this DVD includes the classic Glut shorts "I Was a Teenage Apeman," "Superman vs. the Gorilla Gang," "Dragstrip Dracula" and many more.

I have yet to watch the majority of the Glut movies but the documentary itself was very good. Glut's passion and innovations for making his own monster and comic book movies are an inspiration for anyone who was influenced by anything.
