Siblings Violeta and Eva live in California with their mother, but every summer they travel to Las Cruces, New Mexico, to spend time with their loving but unpredictable father, Vicente (René "Residente" Pérez Joglar). Not an easy movie to watch. Coming from a family of divorced parents, I completely related to the girls and the way they reacted to their drunk father. Really really hard to watch. Amazing how the Dad takes the girls to do something fun and he always seems to ruin things. I'm still watching and I just want this movie to end!!!!
