On the surface this is about what Americans call soccer, but in reality it's about so much more. It's a divine Romanian documentary that comes together very well over the last 15 minutes. It's over before you know it. It's nice to not only feel like a fly on the wall around conversations, but also when the conversations feel important. When this movie clicks it hits home and hopefully it does for you if you can find it! Final Score: 7.2/10
If you like a film about some random guy's delusions of grandeur, intermixed with discussions with the general public navigating the Romanian bureaucracy, this is for you. There is literally no point to the film. 1.5 hours of a guy ruminating over his sad life while telling how he's going to re-imagine the game of soccer ... except no-one thinks his ideas are good. Ugh,
