A slight step in the right direction for Marvel Animation even if it only satisfies a small portion of the Marvel fan base.
The second entry in Marvel's Heroes Unite animated series, Iron Man/Captain America: Heroes Unite is an exciting and action-packed adventure. In order to create a new Hydra army the Red Skull hires the Taskmaster to capture Captain America, and when he does it falls to Iron Man to rescue him. The writing is pretty good and works in a few twists and turns. It also uses Iron Man and Cap to explore some interesting themes, such as planning vs. improvisation and control vs. chaos. And while it's not connected to the live-action films, it does take some inspiration from them in the visual aesthetic and in certain story elements. However, the animation is weak; with a lot of rough edges and poor texturing and shading. Still, Iron Man/Captain America: Heroes Unite is entertaining and fun, and a definite improvement over the last film.
A little bit better than other animated Marvel films but not by much, It has some ok action scenes and the story was ok too, The animation looked so poor it ruined the whole film, Kids will love it even though it's predictable but there's a few cool scenes that will get them out of their seat, It's not memorable to anyone over the age of 10 but it's not made for anyone over that age so it's hard to be too critical.
