I read the description & thought it sounded really good then I noticed it was only 66 minutes so I thought how good can a documentary be if it's only 66 minutes long but for being so short, It was actually pretty good.I especially liked how they went back & gave you updates on how everybody was doing even though you know all of them are doing time in adult prison now

I felt like I learned a lot from this documentary, but it was probably the most depressing thing I have ever seen in my life. I admire the parents of Duc for their honesty. Watching their story was so heart-breaking, and his poetry really touched me. As if Mos-Def needed to have another talent, his poetry reading in this film is phenomenal. I was so moved by it I will likely show it my future students, children, and friends. Truly inspiring. You can sign Duc's petition on the website for the film!
