When Ving Rhames is on screen, it doesn't suck, when he's not, it sucks.

One thing for sure is this movie is no King, poor script leaves nothing to actually warrant this movie to watch it.

Worst movie ever!! I never thought I would see a movie worse than state property until I saw this nonsense.

Ill cut to the chase in this one its all about a boy that continues the wrong cycle that his father started. It does have a moral which is basically everyone has a will to make their choices for themselves whether they do it or not its up to them is this a movie to watch no.

This film just feels all wrong. It starts off reasonably, with some promise, you think this could be ok - then it starts to fall apart before your eyes. The performances and direction are pretty ordinary, not helped by the confused plot which never really adds up to much. Miami Vice, meets MTV, meets a muddled recollection of Angel Heart. Ving Rhames does a pretty reasonable job as the bad man but it all feels like they tried too hard to make something a bit out-there and tough and ended up with a mangy mongrel no one wants to give a home to.

Taz is a drug dealer, his step-father was a drug dealer, he adopted him when he was a child. And with time he began to respect him and accepts him as his own father. When his father the King Boss was killed in time he decides that he will take place of his father and become the King Boss of The Avenue. But when he tries to pull a big hit deal that will suppose to make him the biggest drug lord, he fails. Above all he and his family is in a big risk to be killed. An this is where it is starting to get interesting. He meets The Devil himself and sells his soul to become Miami's biggest drug lord, he gets all the power and money. To help Taz to succeed in this the devil raises a demon in the image of Taz's late step-father to help eliminate all those that double-crossed him and anyone who interferes to stop him to become the biggest drug lord as was promised.
Not a bad movie, the story is quite great and the acting is cool, the movie has this captivating element that kept me till the end of the story.
