Robin Penn Wright goes up into the far hills to hibernate, recovering from some heavy-duty trauma as it turns out. We get to watch her battle the unfeeling elements and the environment for quite some time before we get to find out why she's doing it. It's interesting to see how far she's willing to go, an indication of just how traumatized she is, and so we root for her survival. This is countered by the quiet and beauty of her surroundings. While not the bombastic filmmaking we are accustomed to, still this little picture of personal valor manages its point poetically.
