Movie Info

Dr. Sam Ahelman (Paul Muni) is a longtime physician with a well respected reputation of dedication to his patients. He agrees to do a Television program as a favor to a television producer. Another local doctor emphasize modern gadgets o impress his patients and is more concerned with money making. The two have very different approaches to medicine and ethical questions are raised. Dr. Sam and his agent also disagree as to which is more important, the television show or the good doctors sacred oath to philanthropy.

While it is interesting to see the elderly Muni out and about in a late 50s film, it is of note only because it was his last film. This tale of an idealistic doctor is only passable.
