A group of manly men who are not only "friends," but also business associates in a shady nightclub venture, try to double-cross one another in this crime drama directed by newcomer director/writer Jeff Santo. Jack (Richard Tyson), the supercool leader of the pack, has invested a quarter of a million dollars into his friend Vic's (Jimmy Blondell) nightclub. Jack then asks bookkeeper Art (Colin Patrick Lynch) to engage in some creative bookkeeping practices, which Art doesn't quite get the chance to do, due to a slight case of death. The surviving friends gather for a strategy meeting that gradually becomes a series of heated confrontations, which inevitably turn violent.
