Logan's War is a wacky crime drama about revenge against the mafia, psychic powers, training montages, fight scenes, music that would be more appropriate for an 80's or early 90's fantasy film, ham-fisted drama, and Chuck Norris. This made-for-TV flick is pure nonsensical hilarity from start to finish, but it sure was an entertaining mess. This was also my first Chuck Norris flick, and it was one hell of a way to start with him. There's action scenes, cheesy acting and dialogue, terrible special effects, and enough camp value to create a B-movie gem. This is only a film for people who love cheesy action films.

For some reason this and his Presidents Man films barely even feature Norris. Eddie Cibrian seems to be the main focus and he is horrible. Norris makes his 5 or 6 cameo appearances but does little action. This is just a terrible attempt at a made for cable action film period. It's so dull that you could show this to a kindergarden class and watch as they fall asleep. For completists only!

EDDIE CIBRIAN PLAYED A GOOD MAN OUT FOR PAY BACK. STILL THE MOVIE WAS A LITTLE SLOW WITH SO SO ACTION . BOTH NORRIS AND CIBRIAN DO A NICE JOB, JUST THE WRITER DID NOT PUT MUCH IN THE MAIN STORY LINE. TO MAKE IT, A NEED TO SEE MOVIE.

Chuck stands aside for Eddie Cibrian. At least this TV movie has James Gammon in it. Also, nice little flashback, from GOOD GUYS WEAR BLACK.

I actually like Chuck Norris, but his movies... that's another discussion.

This movie keeps pushing Chuck Norris but the film is about Eddie Cibrian. Chuck just plays his uncle, isn't in the first 1/4 of the film and doesn't do much other than a few training scenes with Cibrian and talk about his past. I'd be surprised if he was on set for more than 2-3 days. It was nice to see Norris come in right at the end to pull off like one crazy move but if you're looking for a Chuck Norris action flick, don't bother with this one. There's hardly any Chuck or action in it. With a production value similar to a MOTW it really doesn't have much going for it. I like Chuck as much as the next person, but he's only a couple minutes above being considered a cameo. Skip it unless you need to see everything Chuck Norris.

It was slow moving and boring. The only thing that made it worth it was a hand full of action scenes and Chuck Norris coming in at the end. The plot was good if it would have been carried out better, the acting sucked, and the directing was all around bad. The biggest problem I have with it is the fact that it was supposed to be a Chuck Norris movie, but he didn't fight until that last scene. It was a TV movie originally, however, so I guess that explains it all.

On occasion I find myself in the mood for a Chuck Norris movie. This somewhat qualifies even though Chuck is only a supporting actor (with top billing). With a plot similar to most Norris movies, someone was wronged and has to do the honorable thing and make it right, and acting on par with what you'd expect from a wet noodle, the reason to watch this movie is the well choreographed fight scenes. Norris is fantastic in action and Cibrian does a pretty good job too. Overall, the story is too unbelievable to be anything more than merely okay.

This movie is decent, but it has some problems: - there's too much slow motion in the fight scenes. - there's too much filler in it. - the movie speeds up too much. - some of the acting is bad. - Logan should've those 2 other gangsters that went to his apartment towards the end of the film, instead of handcuffing them to his bed post and calling the cops. - there's not enough of chuck norris kicking ass in this movie, chuck norris should've played as Logan, instead of that other guy. - this movie's dialogue is a bit too brief at times, and is not always good but for the most part, its good and adequate. ------------------------------------------------------------- This movie is cool despite its flaws. 8/10
