Movie Info

This organized crime drama from writer-director Ruvin Orbach toplines Frank Vincent and Vincent Pastore from television's Sopranos. The saga begins when a Brooklyn seminary student becomes the city's most unlikely criminal. His motivations cannot be faulted, as he merely wants to save his brother from a gambling debt by doing a "favor" for the mafia. This involves conducting a robbery with his sibling, however, and when the burglary goes awry for the brothers, they suddenly find themselves pitted against one another - forced to choose between the bonds of fraternal love and the need for personal survival.

Critic Reviews for Lucky Man

All Critics (1)

Less a conventional mob drama than a slice of life tragi-comic interlude between bouts of mafia mayhem, the movie boasts a flavorful, zesty mosaic of old and new faces stirred into the mix, including Sopranos wise guy vets.
