Audience Reviews for Mabel's Strange Predicament

This is, in fact, Chaplin's first appearance as The Tramp. (Kid Auto Races was released first, so that was the public's first introduction). Though it lacks much substance, it's worth the 5 stars simply for the fact that it's important in the grand scheme of things.

Maybe I'm not paying enough attention but I have a hard time figuring out what's going on in the clips! Anyway, I like the dog in this short, although it has nothing to do with the story.
