Through that understanding, we also get the chance to reflect on what the story is trying to say. Despite this, the film remains entertaining, with awkward comedy that genuinely makes you laugh. In the end, it delivers a story that is not only enjoyable but also touching. Thus this movie is very juvenile in a lot of ways. It did have somewhat of a nice message at the end about not losing who you are to make others like you however it could have been executed better. It has a compelling story about a girl who is blinded by her love, but is also insecure of herself. She wants to be loved by her crush, but she learns that even though she now has the body she wants, she needs to learn to love herself and be independent as a person. This movie genuinely made me emotional on multiple watches, and I think it might make whoever watches feel the same way too!
