Director Don Wilson gives a voice to the Hurricane Katrina survivors who have been criminally neglected by FEMA, SBA, and insurance companies with this documentary produced to remind people that the residents of New Orleans weren't the only ones to suffer through the worst natural disaster every to hit the United States. As billions of dollars are funneled into the War in Iraq, the people of the Mississippi Gulf Coast are still struggling to piece their lives and their homes back together. These are the stories of the regular people who were forced to face the biggest challenge of their lives without the help of the very organizations created to ensure that they'd be properly cared for in the event of such a devastating disaster.

I was shocked when I returned and saw the huge devastation in Waveland and Bay St Louis as compared to the rest of the Gulf Coast. This is a great doucmentary that shows what tv and newspapers did not, and with great music.
