Movie Info

Based on Norman Mailer's best-selling but controversial account of WW II life in the Pacific Rim, this gripping war drama is set upon a remote island where a small platoon is stationed. Most of the plot centers on the infighting between the men and the growing tension between the enlisted men and their officers, something that could destroy them.
