BTK Killer and Son of Sam director Ulli Lommel profiles yet another notorious madman in this shocker detailing the exploits of Satan-obsessed serial killer Richard Múñoz Ramírez, who prowled the streets of Los Angeles in search of female victims from June of 1984 to August of 1985. A psychopath who was inspired by the band AC/DC and claimed to be "beyond good and evil, Ramirez claimed thirteen victims during his extended murder spree. In this bloody docudrama, we bear witness to some of Ramirez's most heinous and horrifying crimes.

Dreadful rubbish, badly acted, cheap looking production, very poor score, horrible character development. A nasty little piece of crap.
