We can proudly agree that it is indeed the most Obvious and Hypocritical comedy of 2001.

Almost immediately disposable, fading from memory before it even ends.

Only Randy Quaid is able to do something with this detumescent script.

I left with an overwhelming feeling of what might have been -- not a lot unlike, I suppose, the high school experience itself.

Not Another Teen Movie is Hollywood's answer to the Whoopee Cushion.

A big, fat, juicy spitball lobbed, with mostly dead-on aim, at the teen-smarm clichés that have accumulated like so much earwax over the last three years.

More like a game, with checklist of the stereotypes and classic teen film scenarios, than it is a movie.

If you look hard enough, you will find the inner beauty within Not Another Teen Movie. You will win the big football game, and become prom queen, too.
