For the most part, the movie takes an eye-level approach to the disaster, focusing on the experiences of ordinary people living in makeshift shelters and public housing, lining up for food, and returning to their homes in hazmat suits.

If you were looking for a documentary to blow the lid off the secrecy around the extent of the destruction, and lack of restitution-in other words outrage la Michael Moore-you will not find it here, but there is much that is worthy and troubling.
