Audience Reviews for Nuit noire, Calcutta

An interesting avant-garde short by Marin Karmitz, and written by Marguerite Duras, with a number of striking images. Maurice Garrel (Father of Philippe, Grandfather of Louis) plays the alcoholic writer with writer's block observing an unfolding story which may or may not be the basis for his own story.
