Movie Info

A Polish soldier uses the robes of a dead monk to avoid being captured by the Nazis in this World War II drama. He is accepted into the monastery and proves himself adept at playing the organ. The local mayor becomes jealous when the solder/monk replaces him as church organist, and he turns the soldier over to the Nazis. The mayor's actions end up bringing about the death of his own daughter in a bitter twist of irony. ~ Dan Pavlides, Rovi

Audience Reviews for Organ

Wonderful, bizarre and disturbing gorefest. An overly convoluted plot adds to this film's zaniness and the intense and brutal characters add to the fun. This is one of the first in a long line of asian horror films that I have now seen and it's still one of my favourites. I saw it at a Midnight Screening at TIFF, and left perplexed but really happy to see something that was actually different and exciting. A great film.
