Considering how heavy-handed this routine exploitation crime drama comes across, the final result is not bad for such a rotten film.

Audience Reviews for Out of the Fog

Minor film with a cast better than the script deserves, wonderfully atmospheric though. One of the rare instances where John Garfield played a throughly despicable character.
