Outlaws and Angels (2016)
Critic Consensus: Outlaws and Angels doesn't do enough to stand out on the crowded canvas of nouveau Westerns -- doubly disappointing considering there's an Eastwood in the cast.

Critic Reviews for Outlaws and Angels
This particular revenge tale isn't an example of incompetent filmmaking, just sadly misfocused storytelling. Life in 1887 wasn't easy, but at some point, there has to be something more to say.
In a sea of grimy indie Westerns, especially ones that started with the same genre canvas, "Outlaws & Angels" is a thoroughly ugly example of when "Tarantino-esque" is the most generous compliment.
Virtually every character has a dark side, and every victim has it coming. That gets old, too.
"Outlaws and Angels" can't overcome its distractingly showy camera moves or its tendency toward scenes that drag on interminably.
It seems another member of Clint Eastwood's brood is ready for stardom.
Audience Reviews for Outlaws and Angels
Some bank robbers, chased by a posse, hold up with a isolated prairie family. What comes next is some heavy duty karma stuff in the most moralistic Western ever. It holds your interest some, you bet.
