Movie Info

When a brutal murderer returns to the coastal town of Devils Lake to finish the job he started twenty-years ago, the small-town deputy who lost his parents in the original massacre seeks to find the secrets behind the slayings in filmmaker Brad Goodman's follow-up to his 2004 frightener Harvest of Fear. Police deputy Jake Barker is still haunted by the tragic loss of his parents to an unrelenting madman, but when the killings stopped the first time around, the killer simply seemed to vanish into the night. Now, after twenty-years, the bodies are once again piling up, and if Jake doesn't work fast to bring the madman to justice the lives of everyone in Devil's Lake could be changed forever in the flash of a blade.

Almost makes it on chuzpah and talent, but is too derivative to ultimately recommend.

Audience Reviews for Path of Evil

Mask in this movie reminds me of Michael Myers, and to be honest, that is the reason I wanted to see it! It's a B Slasher with gore and blood, and I liked it.

Cheapie and very gruesome horror slasher movie. The acting is well below average. Not particularly involving. Plusses are some nice Oregon location photography and it's reasonable length.
