Audience Reviews for Pie in the Sky

½

Only two things are important to Charlie - traffic and Amy (Anne Heche). Somehow these two things are at loggerheads with each other, and Charlie keeps losing Amy. All in all, the story is not that entertaining.

A whimsical saga of a young man whose two life-consuming passions are unraveling traffic gridlock and an avant garde dancer. A romantic comedy written and directed by Bryan Gordon, Pie in the Sky provides funny situations and a story that keeps us guessing until the final fade-out. Josh Charles (Threesome, Dead Poets Society) delivers a traffic metaphor heavy Kevin Bacon (in She's Having a Baby)-esque narration competently, while Anne Heche manages to pull off being equally expressive, beautiful and serene.
