Movie Info

When an obsessive gamer wins an essay contest designed to reveal the biggest fan of a live-action role-playing game called "The Pony Game," the documentary filmmakers who set out to interview the girl soon find themselves drawn into a dark conspiracy that threatens to alter the very fabric of reality. Cindy and her friends love playing The Pony Game. When the manufacturers of The Pony Game stage an essay contest and Cindy's entry is chosen as the best of the best, filmmakers Bob and Dave set out to produce a documentary about the game starring Cindy and her friends. As events fast begin to take a turn for the worst, it becomes increasingly obvious that one particular fan of The Pony Game has taken their love of live-action role-playing to unhealthy extremes.

Audience Reviews for Pony Trouble

The three stars by themselves do not tell the whole story here. This movie is so completely out there that it's a must-see. It's awful, but you just can't look away. That's some form of genius, isn't it?
