Audience Reviews for Psychic Wars

Whyile it does have some cool action scenes, old anaimtion and bad dialogue, There's nothing really psychic about it which shows the bad writing and confusion tossed into it. And its main character's personality is paper thin, the same can be said for his name: Ukyo Retsu. This flick is only good to watch for its action scenes only, nothing more. 5/10

Terrible. The plot was screwy and the acting was horrible. The violence was fair but i have seen MUCH better.
