Movie Info

This lively children's comedy centers upon a 13-year-old electronic whiz with a knack for building clever remote control gadgets. Young Randy gets into big trouble after one of his inventions destroys his buddy's science project. Afterward, his parents attempt to get him to find other interests. Its a good thing they fail because when burglars come to call, it is Randy and his fabulous "toys" that save the day.

If you sit back and let it take you to the destination, it's not such a bad low rent kids film.

Audience Reviews for Remote

Although Remote isn't anything new, it's a comedy film full of tricks so clever that it outdoes Home Alone and 3 Ninjas. It has more laughs and it's smart. Though the cast does more damage to the film than neutralizing it, Remote is a family-safe ride that's a step ahead of most other films that contain the same formula.

Oh, "Remote". I remember watching this movie when I was just a kid. I thought it was one darn good comedy. I still do today even after analyzing it. It may not have the greatest acting, but the storyline is terrific and suspenseful but funny for children. FRESH
